Join our MumClub class, designed specifically for moms-to-be and new moms! Our sessions focus on safe, effective exercises that strengthen your body, improve flexibility, and boost energy levels.
This class is aimed at pre-natal and up to a year post-natal.
So you can come when you’re pregnant and you can bring your baby along if he/she is up to 12 months old.
The idea is that after your baby is a year old you should be ready to join our Small Group PTs.
